International Dreams for Human Rights, Inc.™, DBA Human Rights Vision Group (HRVG), supports families experiencing the emotional, financial, and logistical challenges associated with neonatal intensive care.
A NICU admission can create significant barriers for parents and caregivers, including transportation expenses, temporary accommodation needs, interrupted employment, food insecurity, and difficulty obtaining essential infant supplies.
The program is designed to complement—not replace—hospital services and clinical care by helping eligible families remain connected to their newborns and access practical support during and after hospitalization.

ELIGIBILITY AND REFERRALS
Assistance is based on documented need, available funding, program criteria, and appropriate referral pathways. HRVG may coordinate with hospitals, NICU social workers, maternal and infant-health providers, shelters, and community organizations to identify families requiring support.
Submission of a request does not guarantee assistance. Services are provided according to available resources and approved program procedures.
IMPLEMENTATION AND SAFEGUARDING
HRVG uses confidential intake, eligibility review, approved distribution records, referral documentation, and follow-up procedures.
Personal and medical information is protected. HRVG does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. All medical decisions remain under the authority of qualified healthcare professionals and the family’s clinical care team.
