All content provided across our platforms is intended to advance human rights, promote peace and civic participation, support international development, and facilitate institutional collaboration. No information on this website constitutes legal, medical, or formal financial advice unless explicitly declared within official contract documents.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on this site—including but not limited to corporate trademarks, logos ("International Dreams for Human Rights, Inc.™", "Human Rights Vision Group", "HRVG"), text, graphic designs, publications, research reports, audio scripts, video assets, and source code—are the exclusive property of HRVG or its accredited partners and are protected under United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

4. Grant Hub & Portal Usage Rules
Access to the official HRVG Grant Hub (portal.hrvgroup.org) and partner management systems requires authorized registration or partner credentialing.
Users granted credentials to the portal agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete organizational and due diligence information during application processes.
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of account login details and credentials.
- Refrain from submitting fraudulent grant proposals, fabricated financial records, or unauthorized third-party personal data.
- Immediately report any security vulnerability, unauthorized portal access, or data compromise to
contact@hrvgroup.org.
5. Donations, Impact Shop & Financial Stewardship
HRVG is committed to the highest standards of financial transparency and ethical stewardship, maintaining accredited status with BBB and Candid Platinum Seal metrics.
Donations: Contributions made through www.hrvgroup.org support our humanitarian programs, human rights advocacy, and education networks. Unless required by applicable tax laws, donations are non-refundable once processed. Official tax receipts will be generated for qualified charitable contributions.
Impact Shop: Purchases made via our Impact Shop contribute to program funding. Items delivered are subject to fulfillment terms communicated during checkout.
6. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
When interacting with HRVG communication tools, submission forms, social channels, or community hubs, users are prohibited from engaging in:
- Hate speech, harassment, defamation, discrimination, or abusive conduct against any group or individual.
- Attempting to breach, test, or scan system vulnerabilities or deploy unauthorized automated scripts (bots, web scrapers).
- Misrepresenting identity, organizational affiliation, or pretending to represent HRVG without official appointment.
